The Madsen House:

• The Rose Garden Suite: $159 per night
• The Sunflower Room: $139 per night
• The Magnolia Room: $119 per night

The Miller House:

• The Apple Blossom Room and the Peach Blossom Room.  A two room-night minimum is required when reserving rooms in the Miller House. This can be met by renting both rooms one night, or two nights in one room. 
• Each room is $169 per night.

The Garden Apartment

• $125/night with an additional charge of $35 for a pet.
• Weekly rates are available and negotiable.

Business Meetings / Family Reunions
Discounts are available for multiple room nights. Total facility booking includes the use of 7 bedrooms plus the conference room. Call for Details.

We have conference room capacity for 8-25 persons

Full facility rentals start at $900 per day.

The Miller house is available for small business or family gathering. We can accommodate up to 25 people. For small parties, we will provide coffee and tea service. Catered lunch can be arranged. Minimum cost is $200 for 2 hours, and $50 for each additional hour up to 5 hours. Other types of arrangement can be made by request.

Reservation Policy
A $25 per room per night deposit is required for all reservations – VISA and Mastercard are accepted. If paid by check, the check must be received within 5 days of making reservation and is only acceptable for reservations made more than 3 weeks in advance.

Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will forfeit the $25 per room per night deposit. Cancellations 2 to 6 days prior to the reservation date will be charged the first night room rate for all reserved rooms, plus will forfeit the $25 per room per night deposit for any remaining reserved days. Cancellation the day of the reservation will be charged the full amount of the rooms for all the nights reserved.

Check-in
Check-in time is 3p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Smoking
Smoking is only allowed on the outdoor patio.

Room amenities: shampoo, hair crème rinse, lotion, hair dryer; private refrigerator in Rose Garden Suite, Apple Blossom Room and Peach Blossom Room; clothes iron and ironing board available; the Madsen house offers a communal TV with VCR and wide selection of taped movies; Miller house rooms each have their own HDTV with a DVD/CD player. Free internet service available in both houses and the apartment.
